Nice and smooth. Not obnoxiously sweet which was a nice surprise. You can definitely taste the gingerbread. Very xmasy. One star less because of the pods. So far I have only tried this one and the Snickers and they all seem to have the same problem - it's like at first the machine is struggling to push the water through the pod. There is quite a lot of spluttering along the way before the flow finally smooths. This has happened with every Galaxy Gingerbread pod so far and with every Snickers pod as well.
